Payments: First payment due upon receipt of lease, final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. The total due may be paid at signing of lease.
No subletting of property without approval of owners.
Check-in is 3:00 pm or later on Saturday. Check out is 10:00 am on the day of departure.
If a security deposit is required, it will be refundable upon cabin inspection. Should there be extra cleaning or damages, part or all of the security deposit will be kept by owners.
Any personal property shall be at the sole risk of the Tenant.
NO SMOKING is allowed in the units.
Cancellation Policy: A deposit will be refunded only if the cabin can be re-rented. A two-week notice is required for cancellation. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
